Chimney stack repair & modernization

Chimney stack repairs are performed with industrial specifics and increased safety requirements in mind. We start with a detailed inspection to determine wear, root causes of damage and the remaining service life of the structure.

Works are carried out using rope access without stopping production processes. We restore brickwork or metal elements, replace emergency sections, reinforce structures and seal joints. We use refractory mixes, heat‑resistant paints, anti‑corrosion coatings and specialized protective materials.

Modernization may include thermal insulation, installation of new caps, spark arresters, protective hoods and additional safety elements. The goal is higher efficiency, reliability and compliance with current operating standards.
